    The business of Real Estate isn't just about selling homes; it's more than bricks and mortar. Real Estate is about helping people fulfill their personal and financial dreams and goals.     
     After college I became an executive in the textile industry in New York City for 10 years. In 1985 I moved to the foothills of Northern Colorado to be with my husband Jerry.  I have been actively selling homes in this area since 1986. Many changes have occurred both in this community, and in the way that real estate is conducted.        
     I joined RE/MAX Advanced in 1991. I chose this particular company for several reasons. I believed, and still do, that being affiliated with a nationally recognized company is a plus for me and the people I am representing. It affords name recognition, relocation information, educational resources and frankly, some clout. My office has a full-time managing broker which is very unusual today. This provides access to a highly qualified partner to be able to call upon should the need arise.
     Our daughter Amy was born in 1994. People have told me that having a child later in life helps keep you young. I´m not so sure I believe that, but it certainly is fun.

This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS® who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria. This designation has been awarded to less than .05% of Realtors nationally.

EPRO: An e-PRO is a REALTOR® who has successfully completed the e-PRO training program for real estate professionals. Endorsed by the National Association of REALTORS®, the e-PRO course teaches professionals the nuts and bolts of working with real estate on-line: Web sites, e-mail, on-line tools, and most of all, what today's consumer really wants. This designation is held by 2.8% of Realtors.

GRI:The Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) symbol is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation. REALTORS® with the GRI designation are highly trained in many areas of real estate to better serve and protect their clients.
